Got a question? Before you shoot, read this.

Q. How do I apply strip lashes?
A. We’ve made a handy video to show you how! Check it out here.

Q. How do I remove false eyelashes?
A. Don’t be scared – it’s easy! Starting at the outer corner of your eye, gently peel off the strip lash in a smooth movement. Once it’s off, remove the adhesive from the band and place the strip back on its tray to use again. Told you it was easy.

Q. When should I apply false eyelashes – before or after my makeup?
A. Hey, that one’s up to you! Some of us like to apply lashes as a finishing touch to a perfectly made-up face, but others apply our lashes before starting our eye makeup, so we can blend eyeliner and shadow into the lash band.

Q. Do I need to apply mascara when using false eyelashes?
A. Up to you, doll face! If your lashes are very straight, curl them first and apply a little mascara to set before applying your falsies. If you’ve got naturally curvy lashes (we’re jel), you don’t need to do a thing before applying.

Q. What are Killer Lashes made of?
A. Most of our false strip eyelashes are made from 100% sterilized premium human hair. On some of our more intricate styles, we use a synthetic fibre similar to human hair.

Q. Do the eyelash strips only come in one size?
A. We use a standard sizing on all our false lashes, but they can easily be trimmed down to fit your peepers perfectly.

Q. Are these reusable false eyelashes?
A. Yup. Just make sure you store them in the container provided to keep them safe.

Q. Should I use a tweezers or my fingers to apply false lashes?
A. It all comes down to personal preference and which method gives you the most control. Your lashes should sit as close to your lash line as possible, so try both ways and see which works for you. Here at Killer, we like a mix of the two – tweezers to put the lashes in place and our fingers to get the perfect position.

Q. How do I clean strip eyelashes so that I can wear them again?
A. We’re big fans of non-oily makeup removers. You might also need to use tweezers to pull away the adhesive.

Q. The adhesive is really slippery! What do I do?
A. Slow down, sister! We call this ‘premature adhesication.’ After you apply the glue to your falsies, wait 30 seconds for it to become tacky then away you go.

Q. Can I wear false eyelashes to bed?
A. We love come-to-bed eyes as much as anyone, but we don’t recommend you wear your Killer Lashes to sleep in. They could get damaged or pull off, and that’s not a good look. Whip ‘em off before you hit the sack, please.

Q. I've never worn lashes before. How long does it take to apply strip lashes?
A. Don’t worry newbie, it’s super simple. Applying false eyelashes takes just a few minutes, and practice makes perfect. It might take a bit longer on your first attempt, so give it a go a few times before you want to wear your lashes out and get your technique down.

Q. Do your lashes contain latex?
A. The lashes themselves do not contain any latex, but the Killer Adhesive for Strip Lashes does.

Q. What should I do if I have any eye irritation or redness of eye area while wearing false lashes?
A. Get ‘em off! Remove your lashes as soon as you can and bathe your eyes in lukewarm water. If irritation persists, consult your doctor.

Q. I have a few pairs of Killer Lashes and some are slightly different to others. Why is this?
A. All our lovely lashes are handmade, so there may be slight variations between each set. They’re still kick-ass though – we promise.

Q. Do you have a program for makeup artists?
A. We do. Take a look at our Professional Membership section.

Q. I can’t get my false eyelashes on straight! What am I doing wrong?
A. We’ve all been there. It might help to apply eyeliner first, so you have a straight line to follow. Or if you’ve already applied your lashes and they look a bit wonky, pop some liner over the top and blend, blend, blend. If your lashes are slipping all over the place, you need to wait a little longer for the adhesive to become tacky before applying.

Take a look at our How to Apply Strip Lashes video for more tips.

Q. Can I wear false lashes if I wear contacts?
A. Yes you can. Who needs 20:20 vision? Not us.

Q. Why should I choose Killer Lashes over others available?
A. Quite simply, we’re the sh*t. Don’t believe us? Read this.
